During a recent event, Varun Dhawan and footballer Bhaichung Bhutia were on stage and that is when Varun was asked to share his views on this said clash. Is he nervous about the same and does he feel threatened about facing Ranveer Singh? To which the ‘Badlapur‘ star asked one of the representatives at the event which film she wants to watch and naturally the answer was ‘Dilwale’! Varun concluded saying, “I am not saying anything the public is saying so. Then what should I say?”

When asked that people have been saying the clash between the two films is not between Shah Rukh Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali, but in fact a clash between Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh, the actor was pretty calm while answering the same. He turned to Bhaichung Bhutia and asked him, “When you’re on the football field and playing a match against someone, you’re not clashing against them, you don’t want to kill them.” To which the footballer responded by saying that when two matches are good people watch both the matches likewise if two movies are good people would watch both the movies.

But both the actor and the athlete agreed to this much that everyone wants to be the winner and with that Varun Dhawan concluded that he wants ‘Diwale‘ to be the winner! Well everything will be crystal clear on December 18th when both the films release together.
