Katrina Kaif was recently shooting for Siddharth Anand‘s ‘Bang Bang’ at Film City when she encountered a bit of a problem. The Cine Costume And Make-Up Artists Association arrived on the sets and protested her working with make up artist Daniel Bauer who apparently is not registered with the association, as he is not of Indian origin.
Daniel is a foreigner but based in Mumbai and he has been a favourite of many well-known celebrities ranging from Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra to Kareena Kapoor. Katrina too likes Daniel’s work and she assigned him to do her make-up for ‘Bang Bang‘.
Kaif, who was determined to continue working with Daniel immediately called up ex flame Salman Khan to ask him for his advice on the issue.Reportedly, the protests ceased immediately after a phone call was made from Salman Khan’s team.
