Bal Ganesh’s Sharma plans new anime flick

MUMBAI: Pankaj Sharma, the man behind Shemaroo Entertainment’s 3D CGI animated flick Bal Ganesh, is all set for his next venture. After dabbling with mythologly, his upcoming film will be a different subject altogether.


 


Speaking to Businessofcinema.com Sharma, who will be producing as well as directing his next, informs, “It’s time for a change. My new film will have animated animals along with kids.”


 


Sharma is also contemplating tying up with Shemaroo Entertainment for the film. “Most probably I will be tying up with Shemaroo Entertainment for this film too. Though I haven’t struck a deal with them, it’s based on mutual understanding.” 


Regarding the film’s progress, Sharma is done with the modeling and will now start with the texturing of the characters. “Animation will start in October or November. It takes a lot of time, so I can’t estimate the duration it will involve.”


The budget of the film is not yet finalised.
