MUMBAI: Filmy will celebrate Valentines Day through February and will air romantic movies every Saturday at 8 pm.
Some of the movies include Sanjay Dutt and Urmila Martondkar starrer Khoobsoorat; Salman Khan, Ajay Devgan and Aishwarya Rai starrer Hum Dil De Chukey Sanam; Shah Rukh Khan, Aishwarya Rai and Madhuri Dixit starrer Devdas and Emraan Hashmi, Shiney Ahuja and Kangna Ranaut starret Gangster.
Starting 7 February, every Saturday at 3 pm, the channel will launch a month long Bhojpuri Film Festival. The movies that will air include Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini starrer Ganga; Ravi Kissen and Nagma starrer Ab Ta Banja Sajanwa Hamar and Saiyaan Ke Solah Singaar along with Ravi Kissen and Kunal Singh starrer Hamraa Se Biyah Karab.
Filmy will also celebrate birthdays of Bollywood actors with Happy Budday Puttar, wherein the channel will air trivia on stars. In February, actors like Urmila Martondkar, Abhishek Bachchan and Shahid Kapur celebrate their birthdays.
On Thursdays Filmy will air Hollywood Smash Hits at 8 pm showcasing films like Short Circuit 2, Face Off, Deep Rising and Air Force One.
