MUMBAI: Subhash Ghai’s Mukta Arts has inked a five year distribution deal for three films with Eros Multimedia.
The size of the deal is pegged at Rs 730 million (Rs 73 crores).
The three films include Ghai directed Yuvraaj starring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Zayed Khan; Ghai directed Black and White starring Anil Kapoor, new find Anurag Sinha with Aditi Sharma and Shefali Shah and Nagesh Kukunoor directed Bombay to Bangkok starring Shreyas Talpade.
The rights granted under the distribution deal exclude music and India video rights for all three films and satellite rights of Bombay to Bangkok.
It may be recalled that Manish Goswami’s Red Carpet Films in which Mukta Arts has a majority stake has also recently inked a deal with Eros International wherein the latter will fund and co-produce four films under this banner.
