Deepika Padukone And Amitabh Bachchan's Piku Release Date Revealed

No doubt all of us are extremely excited for Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone starrer upcoming comedy drama film Piku. And this one’s for all of you, as finally the release date of the film has been revealed by none other than Amitabh Bachchan himself. Directed by Shoojit Sircar, Piku will be released on May 8, 2015.

Bollywood’s Big B took to his Twitter account to share the release date of the film, he tweeted, “T 1788 – ‘PIKU ‘ the film .. Deepika, Irrfan, AB with Shoojit Sarkar director … confirmed release May 8 by Adi Chopra YRF and Sony ..”

The film will take us through father and daughter’s relationship. We recently saw a lot of pictures from the sets of Piku. Funny moments, tales and secrets all made it way on the Internet, now we are excitedly waiting for the film to hit the silver screens. The positive vibe on the sets was clearly visible in the pictures. Stars loved shooting for the film, especially Amitabh Bachchan, who shot in Kolkata for many films during his younger days, was nothing but extremely happy to be back in the City of Joy.
