Sources reveal that the actress received a personal invitation from one of the owners of a participating team to attend the race.The Monaco Grand Prix is a Formula One motor race held each year on the Circuit de Monaco. Run since 1929, it is widely considered to be one of the most important and prestigious automobile races in the world.
Other global names who have attended the Monaco Grand Prix in the past include actors Will Smith and Cameron Diaz, pop sensation Nicole Scherzinger, and Geri Halliwell of The Spice Girls fame among others.
Says a source, ” One of the biggies at Formula One reached out to Jackie’s team and extended an invite for the actress to be among the esteemed guests at the prestigious race. Jacqueline will be attending the race tonightwith other big names from the international film and music industry and is an avid follower of the game. She will also be attending a charity event while in France“.
Jacqueline Fernandez is gearing up for her films. She will be seen in Bangistan in a special appearance opposite Riteish Deshmukh and Pulkit Samrat, in Brothers opposite Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra, and Dishoom opposite Varun Dhawan and John Abraham.
