Salman Khan’s recently released film Bajrangi Bhaijaan has successfully crossed 250 crore mark in India at the Box Office and just when we thought that the film was slowly inching towards 300 crore mark, Barjangi Bhaijan started seeing a drop at the Box Office. On its second Wednesday at the Box Office, the film earned Rs. 7.25 crore net (72.4 million) approx. at the Box Office.
After its second Tuesday at the Box Office, director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan saw its first major drop on Wednesday as on Tuesday the film managed to pull in decent numbers by collecting Rs. 9 crore net (90 million) approx. However, collecting numbers like these on its 13th day i.e. second Wednesday at the Box Office in itself is a big achievement. With this, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan till date has collected Rs. 261.71 crore net (2617 million) approx at the Box Office.
If the action drama film keeps facing a drop throughout its third weekend run at the Box Office, the film may not be able to reach its target of crossing 300 crore mark at the Box Office. However, there’s still hope as one cannot surely predicted anything when it’s a Salman Khan film that we are talking about. Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is still doing a fabulous business in places like Delhi, Rajasthan, UP and Mumbai.
The film is still being well received by the audiences. Fans have loved Salman Khan’s performance in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film tells a story of a soft-hearted innocent man named Pavan (played by Salman Khan), who happens to be a devotee of lord Bajrangi, sets out on a journey to help a little mute Pakistani girl reach safely back to her homeland. The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan in the role of Rashika, whereas Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of a Pakistani journalist.
