This news will be one of the most surprising things you read today. The Pirate of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp, 52, has put his entire French village up for sale. Yes, the star only recently put his entire Plan de la Tour estate up for sale for whopping $26 million! The 37 acre property is very special as it includes “complete Provencal village of stone-built houses dating back more than 200 years.”
The 37 acre property, which is located about 17 miles from Saint Tropez, was purchase by the The Lone Ranger actor back in 2001. Though the property is just 10 miles northwest of bustling Saint Topez, Johnny’s property is the dreamy private country retreat.

Reportedly, the star invested $10 million on the improvements of the property. During the on-going improvement, the star included a wine tasting cave which looks exactly like a Pirates of the Caribbean set and also turned a church into a guest house. The guest house inside the former church is furnished with a curtained four-poster bed and a closet created from what was the confessional.
Johnny Depp’s property has more than a dozen buildings, which includes a main house, guest cottages, a chapel, a bar, a restaurant and a workshop and garage. The 10, 760 square feet property has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
