Orange partners with Paramount for VoD

MUMBAI: Paramount Pictures has inked a deal with Orange for Internet and TV Video-on-Demand offering. With this, Paramount becomes the fourth US studio to partner with Orange for its 24/24 Video service.


New productions from Paramount including DreamWorks titles will be among the latest films to be included in the Orange Internet and TV Video-on-Demand offering.


The agreement with Paramount will allow Orange customers with a broadband digital television package or a high-speed Internet package in France to enjoy a Video-On-Demand programming schedule including the studio’s latest releases, such as Mission Impossible III; Over the Hedge; World Trade Center, amongst others.


The 24/24 Video offers a wide variety of films, available at any time, including catalogues from major film studios as well as independent French and international productions.


Every week 24/24 Video renews its film offer from a catalogue of over 2,500 films of all types. Films are available starting from three euros for 24 hours’ rental, with unlimited viewing, pause functions and fast forward and rewind, in French or original language versions with subtitles.
