Trailer Review: Heropanti – Tiger Shroff Fights Like A Dream

Heropanti MainIt’s full of action, its full of stunts, its full of picturesque locations and its full of drama, well we are talking about Heropanti that stars Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon.

One look at the trailer and one thing is for sure that we have a new action hero in Tiger Shroff, but what’s equally disappointing is the fact that Tiger Shroff cannot act because as soon as he opens his mouth he falls flat. Tiger Shroff is way behind his father Jackie Shroff when you compare Tiger to Jackie Shroff‘s first film Hero.

The trailer of Heropanti opens with Tiger Shroff fighting some goons in slow motion but then what’s funny is the fact that supers start to appear and we read words like; He has limitless flexibility, he has raw power but love is his weakness.

Now this is quite funny because we are seeing a trailer of a film and not a fitness DVD. Oops!! This one really hurts.

The role apparently requires loads of action and dancing, confirms Tiger Shroff, “The action and dance are a big part of the script. I’ve been training really hard for those. And I don’t need to unlearn those skills. But yes, there are a lot of new things I need to learn for the role.”

“I’m excited because I’ve worked hard for this film, and I’m anxious to see the final product of all our hard work. I’m nervous because I have big shoes to fill (because of comparisons with his father). But I think it’s only natural to feel that way as it’s my first film,” the actor added.

Kriti Sanon, the female lead, looks cute and comes across as typical actress material.

TAKE A LOOK AT THE TRAILER:
Heropanti revolves around the theme of a typical boy meets girl. Sixty six years since India became free, but are we still free to love, to choose our own life really? Rising from present India in the conflicting era of shining modernity and deep-rooted archaic traditions, in the era of big city versus small towns, comes a love story sealed with an impossible fate.

All in all Heropanti is a story of the bold Bablu (Tiger Shroff) and his love Dimpy (Kriti Sanon).

Heropanti is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., and directed by Sabbir Khan.

The film is set to release on May 23, 2014.
