MUMBAI: Octogenarian actor Dev Anand filed a case on 10 October (suit no 2514) at the Bombay High Court against producer Sajid Nadiadwala for using his title and calling his film Jaan-E-Mann, which was released on 20 October.
“I had filed a case in the Bombay High Court against Sajid Nadiadwala for using my title and as well as calling his film Jaan-E-Mann. Therefore the Bombay High Court has given the judgment to Sajid to not use my title. He has changed it now to Jaan-E-Mann – Lets Fall In Love Again,” says Dev Anand.
Nadiadwala was not available for comment.
Jaan-E-Mann stars Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar and Preity Zinta.
