Warner Bros. to re-release Michael Clayton

MUMBAI: On the heels of widespread critical acclaim and awards season recognition, Warner Bros. Pictures is planning a theatrical re-release of Tony Gilroy’s drama Michael Clayton starring George Clooney in the title role.


 


The film will return to theatres on 25 January, in approximately 1,000 locations in North America, Warner Bros. president of domestic distribution Dan Fellman said.


 

Originally released in October 2007, Michael Clayton met with praise from both critics and audiences. In recent weeks, it has been named to more than 100 critics’ top-ten lists, including those of the Los Angeles Times, The New York Times, USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, New York Magazine, the Chicago Sun-Times, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, the Miami Herald, The Philadelphia Inquirer, People, and Time.
