HBO line up movie fare for April

Mumbai: HBO has lined up a string of blockbusters in April. The fun and excitement rule the season as HBO brings for its audience the latest comedy premieres in HBO Blockbuster of the Month and HBO See It First and a special offering featuring the best of animation movies. Apart from the blockbusters, HBO, in support of Earth Day will also showcase a special Earth Day Representation, An Inconvenient Truth starring Al Gore which reveals the facts and exposes the myth about Global Warming.
Directed by Davis Guggenheim, this highly-renowned documentary is hosted by former United States Vice President and Noble Prize recipient Al Gore, an avid votary for action on climate change. The film tellingly describes the impact of climate change on various societies through Al Gore’s efforts to educate the public about the severity of the crisis, as it tracks his travels across continents and through some of the worst affected countries. This film brings home the message that we can no longer afford to view global warming as a political issue – rather, it is the biggest moral challenge facing our global civilization.
