Fox International Channels has roped in Ratna Siriah as their new General Manager for their operations in Africa. The company had previously made several appointments to this position to up their level of activity in the African region. After multiple failures by previously appointed persons, Ratna Siriah’s appointment comes as a new hope for Fox International Channels. Ratna Siriah will be reporting directly to Adam Theiler who is Fox International Channels UK, Nordic region, Turkey and Africa’s EVP.
Ratna Siriah has immense experience and knowledge in the field of media operations where she has held leadership positions in both African as well as previously in India. She will be based at Johannesburg from where she will be assuming management of the regional operations. Some of the entertainment, sports and other channels operated by Fox network in Africa include – Fox, Fox Crime, FX, National Geographic Channel, Nat Geo Wild, National Geographic Gold, Fox Sports, Fox Sports 2 and Baby TV.

Ratna herself added that this is an amazing opportunity for her. She stated that Fox International Channels is a dynamic multi-media player and it operates the best brands in the industry and she is extremely excited about the opportunity.
