Sony Entertainment Television business head Ajit Thakur quits, Sneha Rajani to take over

MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television business head Ajit Thakur has quit the organization and Max senior EVP and business head Sneha Rajani will be taking over as the new business head.
 
Thakur had been appointed Sony Entertainment Television business head in July, 2008. Prior to joining Sony, Thakur was with Balaji Telefilms’ as chief executive. He has also worked with UTV Motion Pictures as chief operating officer.
 
Rajani will now take over as Sony Entertainment Television business head, while Neeraj Vyas, who currently heads ad sales of Multi Screen Media’s GEC business, will move to MAX as EVP and business head.
 
Prior to joining Max Rajani was Star India consultant programming iSKYB.
