MUMBAI: Hindi movie channel Zee Cinema is all set to recreate a pre–release event – Double Dhamal Nite – which is a tribute to comic legends.

Just as the upcoming comedy Bollywood film – Double Dhamaal, this special Nite too has plenty fun, laugh out loud moments and performances by the ensemble cast of the movie. For the first time on television, stalwarts of the industry will be honoured at the event for their contribution as comedians to the world of cinema. Double Dhamaal Nite will air on 18 June, 2011 at 8 pm.

 

After the box office success of Dhamaal, Zee Cinema is all set to celebrate the release of Double Dhamaal.

 

The stars of Double Dhamaal will take to the stage alongside television actors like Ragini Khanna, Jay Soni, Mahi Vij, Jay Bhanushali, Shabbir Alhuwalia and the Dance India Dance troupe. The evening will see everything from stand-up comedy to dance and drama and renowned actors like Kader Khan, Jagdeep, Shakti Kapoor, Johnny Lever among others will also be felicated.
