Mumbai: Hindi general entertainment channel 9X will be premiering Bhool Bhulaiyaa on 27 April at 5 pm. Directed by Priyadarshan, Bhool Bhulaiyaa stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav.
Shot in Jaipur, Bhool Bhulaiyaa explores the seldom frequented genre of supernatural laced with madcap humor. The story revolves around Shiney Ahuja and Vidya Balan who go back to their native village, and decide to settle down for few months, in a deserted palace which turns out to be haunted by the ghost of Manjulika.
Strange things start happening to the couple and to other people around them which prompts Shiney to call up his psychiatrist friend Akshay Kumar. The plot further thickens with the entry of Akshay Kumar, who tries to unearth the mystery of the haunted house.
