Aalim wins in 2 categories in an all India contest

AalimRenowned Bollwoood hair stylist; Hakim’s Aalim has won the western region finals in two key categories for a prestigious All India Hair Styling Competition recently. The categories, named New Generation and Men’s Imaging, saw a lot of entries but ultimately the class and imagination of Hakim’s Aalim triumphed at the western region final held at Bandra recently.


Hakim’s Aalim, a professional hair and tattoo salon in Bandra, has been established as the leader in hair styling and trend setting over the years. Aalim has learnt the art of hairstyling from his talented father and celebrity hairstylist Hakim, hence the joint brand name Hakim’s Aalim.


Today his clients include a showering of stardust such as Salman Khan, Vivek Oberoi, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty, Ajay Devgan, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol, Kajol, Tanushree Dutta and Anil Kapoor, as well as urbanites who want really classy as well as affordable hair care.


From ad films to feature films, Aalim’s got them all under his belt. From ad films like Marco Ricci, Tata Indicom and Lays and films like Kaante, Musafir, Dus, Salaam Namaste, Chocolate, Ek Ajnabi, Aalim’s work has outshone all!


Aalim currently works with a team of thirty stylists, each one of who enjoy their work as much as he does. With plans to branch out in the picture, Hakim’s Aalim also has a well established set up in Dubai. His USP is the fact that he caters to a unisex category, with services which are versatile, trendy, and more importantly, affordable. And this very uniqueness saw him through success at the western regional finals amidst stuff competition.


The final saw an exciting evening where the participants worked live in front of the judges and created an entire look in just a few hours! With a brilliant team consisting of a model, hair stylist, hair colorist and make up artist, Aalim’s team wowed the judges with their extremely artistic yet contemporary look and now Hakim’s Aalim moves onto the grand finale, to be held on 26 September.
