MUMBAI: Filmmaker Aaditya Chopra is set to launch his third directorial venture.
Sources say that the subject of his next film is almost complete and plans are afoot to launch the film in September 2007. Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan have been almost finalised to play the two leads, it is learnt. The film will be a mega venture and will be set on a bigger canvas than Chopra’s earlier films, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge and Mohabbatein, and is likely to include a lot of special effects.
If Chopra pulls off his casting coup, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan will be paired together for the first time. Aamir Khan has last featured in Fanaa, directed by Kunal Kohli, while Hrithik Roshan wove his magic in Dhoom: 2.
This will be third venture to be written and directed by Chopra.
