MUMBAI: The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry in India (ASSOCHAM), in collaboration with the Film and Television Guild is organizing Focus 2007 – a global summit on regional media and entertainment.
The summit will be held from 19 – 20 December in New Delhi and will focus on the key areas of the regional Indian entertainment industry and the digitalization of media.
The conclave will provide a platform for regional film chambers, production houses, electronics companies, animation companies, cellular service providers, internet service providers, advertising agencies and radio channels to express their thoughts and experiences.
Other partners in this initiative include Ernst & Young, Big FM 92.7 and
Guild president Ronnie Screwvala is expected to be a keynote speaker during the inaugural session, which will see him sharing the dias with the President of India Pratibha Patil and Information & Broadcasting Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunshi.
