MUMBAI: Avitel Post Studioz Ltd., a post-production mall has big expansion plans and investing Rs 1.5 billion (Rs 150 crores) for the same.
Siddharth Jain says, “Since the last three years, our profits have grown from Rs 25 million (Rs 2.5 crores ) to Rs 350 million (Rs 35 crores). Avitel is a one-stop-shop, which provides all post-production services for the entertainment industry, including regional films that provide services and solutions at cost effective rates.”
“Our expansion plans are in process and we will have a sound studio ready by next year. Further we are setting up four more DI (Digital Intermediate) set-ups and provide multiple options to finished projects in all formats, viz; SD, HD or films with 2 and 4 K resolutions. We are also acquiring state-of-the-art digital cameras and lighting systems. Animations and Graphics are the other areas keeping in view, the needs of global clientele. We will have a full-fledged animation studio with over 150 animators.”
