Tak’s Mithun – Ranjeeta film titled Shatir

The film is being made under the banner of Silver Productions and will see yesteryear’s romantic pair Mithun Chakraborty and Ranjeeta together on screen again. The film is directed by Ashu Y Trikha, who has earlier directed Deewanapan, Sheesha and Alag.

Says Tak, "We have postponed the shooting by a couple of months. Now the film will mount the sets in August and will have a major stint in Malaysia. Meanwhile, music director duo Sajid – Wajid have recorded all the songs at Sound City. All the numbers are earthy and have catchy tunes."

Om Puri, Prem Chopra, Gulshan Grover also play vital roles in the film.
