MUMBAI: Reliance ADAG’s multiplex chain BIG Cinemas has launched two four-screen cinemas in Greater Noida and Chandigarh.
With this addition in the North, BIG Cinemas now has 198 screens spread over 78 properties nationwide, including 23 cinemas and 56 screens in 17 cities across North India.
BIG Cinemas at Ansal Plaza Mall in Greater Noida has a total capacity of 928 seats and at Paras Downtown Mall in Zirakpur has a total capacity of 1010 seats.
BIG Cinemas COO Tushar Dhingra said, "Both cinemas are the first multiplexes in their respective areas and are strategically located in the largest malls in their cities. These launches are in line with our plans to provide an international quality experience to rapidly growing catchment areas in the country."
