Mumbai: The first ever Hindi movie trailer on Apple iTunes Chandni Chowk to China is creating a kung fu hustle of its own on the web. Its teasers have caught the fancy of audience’s web-wide.
The music and lyrical presentation of the film’s trailers along with some dare devil martial art stunts are a big click on Apple Trailers, the official Quicktime Movie Trailer page, where the trailers were launched live on 6 December 2008.
Since then, Chandni Chowk to China has reached the number eight spot of the top ten films viewed on the site to date.
Chandni Chowk to China trailer was launched amidst a plethora of Hollywood films like Will Smith’s Seven Pounds, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, Renee Zellwegger’s New in Town and Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet’s Revolutionary Road.
The film stars Akshay Kumar and Deepika Padukone. It is directed by Nikhil Adavani, produced by Warner Brothers, Roshan Sippy and Mukesh Talreja. It releases worldwide on 16 December.
