Crest Animation’s CGI animated 3D film Alpha & Omega included in Oscar’s list

MUMBAI: Crest Animation Studios’ first CGI Animated 3D Stereoscopic film titled Alpha and Omega, co-produced by Lionsgate, has been included in the list of movies eligible for Oscar’s nominations.
The film, which has already been released in 25 countries, is a story about two young wolves Kate and Humphrey. Humphrey is an Omega wolf, while Kate is an Alpha. They both are at opposite ends of their pack’s social order are thrown together into a foreign land and need each other to return home, but love complicates everything.
 
With voice overs by Justin Long, Hayden Panettiere, Christina Ricci & (late) Dennis Hopper, Alpha and Omega is now being released in India on 4 February, 2011 by Fox Star Studios.
