Mumbai: Actor Dino Morea shall soon be officially launching his own film production company. He has signed in ad film maker Shamim Desai for his first film as a producer. Shamim Desai has earlier directed one English film Auroville 316 starring Kelly Dorjee and Meghna Reddy, sister of Sameera and Sushma Reddy. The film completed in 2000 is still lying in the cans awaiting a release.
Talking about his plans to turn producer, Dino says, “I have been planning since long for opening my own production company. I think the time now is right when my last two films, Aksar and Tom Dick and Harry have done reasonably well at the box office. I have an interesting concept of six main characters film with me. I shall be playing one of them.”
Incidently, Dino also owns a restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai called Crepe Station Café which is looked after by his brother, Nicole Morea.
