Mumbai: Endemol India has announced the appointment of Rajesh Chadha as director production and operation. Over the past few months, Endemol India has created a stir in the non-fiction genre with immensely successful shows like Bigg Boss 2 and Fear Factor and is now expanding its fiction and regional portfolios.
Chadha is armed with a rich experience in the production and operations side of the Indian television industry. In his new role at Endemol India , Chadha will be responsible for the overall production activities of the company that will comprise a gamut of fiction, non-fiction, regional, sports and documentary. Chadha will directly report to Endemol India country head Deepak Dhar.
Dhar said, "Having had spearheaded shows in different genres for multiple broadcasters and with many successful hits to his credit, Chadha brings with him an extensive experience in television programming in India and abroad. Chadha is sure to add to the existing talent pool at Endemol India and create breakthrough concepts for broadcasters."

Prior to joining Endemol India , Chadha was with B.A.G Films as senior vice president & head operations. During his 15 year association with B.A.G Films, he has handled a wide variety of genres, including game shows, daily soaps, reality shows & weekly dramas. To his credit are shows like Kumkum, Dekho Magar Pyar Se and Khulja Sim Sim on Star Plus, Akhiyon Ke Jharokhon Say and Sidhanth on Star One, Woh Hue Na Humara on Doordarshan, Yeh Wada Raha on ARY – UAE, Har Dil Jo Love Karega on Zoom, Rihaaee on Sony and many others.
Chadha is a Bachelors of Science – Statistics (Honours) student from the Delhi University and a rank holder in College. He completed his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Pune University with a specialization in Marketing.
