MUMBAI: Eros International, a leading distributor of Bollywood film content abroad, announced the release of Sunday, a big screen entertainment production starring Ajay Devgan, Ayesha Takia, Arshad Warsi and Irfan Khan.
Sunday is a stylish comic thriller directed by Rohit Shetty who has earlier worked on superhit films like Phool Aur Kaante, Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Raju Chacha and Golmaal.
The film is the story of a young girl (Sehar) who is unable to recall a particular Sunday in her life. Sehar’s world goes upside down when she gets a faint clue about the missing Sunday in her life, leading to a sexual assault on her. In another twist to the story, a murder case is brought forward on that Sunday and all clues hold up to Sehar to be the culprit.
Sunday releases in cinemas worldwide on 25 January.
