Mumbai: Excel Home Videos has organized a small tribute to Paul Newman, who passed away last week. Some of the well known movies from his illustrious cinema innings are part of the tribute.
The Movies include Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Hustler, The Color Of Money, The Verdict, Road To Perdition and Cars (Voice over). Newman, apart from being a popular actor was also a film director, entrepreneur, humanitarian and an auto racing enthusiast.
He won numerous awards, including an Academy Award, three Golden Globe Awards, a BAFTA Award, a Screen Actors Guild Award, a Cannes Film Festival Award, an Emmy award, and many honorary awards.
Excel Home Videos CEO Roby Abraham said, "Newman has a great fan following in India. We are re-promoting some of the better known films from the actor’s career. The Movies chosen are from a wide range, from the 1961 Oscar winning Hustler to the animated blockbuster Cars."
The movies are available in stores across the country.
