MUMBAI: Excel Home Videos and NDTV Lumiere has released the rock n roll fable Honeydripper on DVD.
It has been directed by John Sayles. Honeydripper is a fusion of pop mythology and social mosaic which imagines the turning point in history, world-changing moment around 1950, in the rural south, when Blues became electric, opening the door for Rock & Roll, the dominant music of the last half of the 20th century.
