A Walt Disney creation, Mickey Mouse first appeared on November 18, 1928, as star of the first fully synchronized sound cartoon called Steamboat Willie that premiered at the Colony Theater in New York. It has evolved from being a character in animated cartoon and comic strips to becoming one of the most recognized symbols throughout the world. A whole entertainment empire (Walt Disney) was built upon his able shoulders.
Fans can relive the 80 years of Mickey’s fun filled adventures again on Home Video. As part of the Mickey mania, Excel Home Videos have brought together a collection of Mickey flicks and games on DVD. This is also an opportunity for Mickey fans to get free passes for The Mickey Mouse Show that is happening in Mumbai on 29 – 30 November along with the purchase of Disney DVDs and PC games.
