MUMBAI: Essel Group’s Fun Multiplexes Pvt. Ltd. has appointed Planet M’s Ajay Mehra as CEO.
Mehra has been with the Times Group for the last seven years, first as Times Retail chief operating officer and then as Planet M CEO.
In December last year, Mehra quit Planet M. He joined Fun Multiplexes on 3 January, 2008.
At Fun, Mehra will be looking into the company’s multiplex as well as digital ventures and will be reporting to E-City Ventures CEO Atul Goel.
However, when contacted by Businessofcinema.com, Mehra refused to comment.
