MUMBAI: Bhool Bhulaiyaa‘s hit song Hare Ram Hare Krishna was recently caught in a controversy where an NGO, Eccha Foundation, had filed a notice against the producers T-Series for objectionable scenes depicting Lord Buddha in the song.
However, the City Civil Court has dismissed the notice of motion as the producers have voluntarily deleted the said objectionable scenes from the song and secured the censor certificate. They have done so as they do not wish to hurt the religious sentiments of the people.
This T-Series film directed by Priyadarshan and produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel, Paresh Rawal and Rajpal Yadav.
