MUMBAI: Filmmaker Karan Johar’s first guest on Star’s Koffee with Karan this week is actor Jaya Bachchan.

His second guest is actor and  member of Parliament, Hema Malini. Joining the two will be their daughters, Shweta Nanda and Esha Deol. The two ladies will chat about their relationships, films and politics at 9 pm on Star One and Star World this Sunday.  

From reliving old memories to clearing misunderstandings, from discussing arguments in Parliament to talking about tiffs with their daughters, Jaya Bachchan and Hema Malini will be baring their hearts out on the show, says the channel.

Hema and Jaya will also reminisce times spent on the sets of Sholay and how they strongly feel that the film should not be re-made. They also jokingly complain to Karan how Bollywood doesn’t offer challenging roles to older actresses, and how he should change that. Their daughters join them on the show and add to the fun by discussing their relationship with their mothers, marriage and their careers.
