MUMBAI: Yesterday Tusshar Kapoor’s look, spoofing John Abraham’s "peek-a-boo" shot in ‘Dostana’ was released. It picked up steam on social networking sites, and the audience had varied responses to it.

Playing a struggling actor in ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ Tusshar explains the scene, "I play a struggling actor and am trying to give a macho vibe to Neha Sharma in the scene. I wasn’t embarrassed at all in fact I was excited".

To get into shape for the scene, Tusshar worked with trainer Promod to get a lean and toned physique in a flat 45 days . Says Tusshar, “I jumped at the idea since I knew it would take the scene notches higher. I was ready to go that extra mile, to serve the purpose. Though the shot is a spoof from a movie, my character needed to be in shape to make it look believable."

While Tusshar followed a strict high protein diet with zero sugar, he also trained for 2 hours in the gym everyday and even cut out water 3 days before the shoot. "My trainer Promod changed my diet and pushed me to get this physique. My workout consisted of two hours overall body training everyday.Instead of training for six-pack abs.we aimed at a lean body with a flat stomach" adds Tusshar.

‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ starring Tusshar, Riteish Deshmukh, Neha Sharma and Sarah-Jane Dias. The film is scheduled to release on August 2, 2012.
