MUMBAI: Illuminati Films’ Agent Vinod is set to go on floors by the second week of January 2010. The pre-production work on the film is on in full swing with the team all set to leave for Morocco for location scouting.
Speaking to Businessofcinema.com, Illuminati Films partner Dinesh Vijan says, "Right now we are deep into the pre- production of Agent Vinod. I will be leaving in a day with some of my team for location scouting to Morocco."
The film was slated to go on floors by September 2009 but got postponed because of it’s first production Love Aaj Kal’s release being delayed due to the producer and multiplex tussle.
According to Vijan, they plan to finish shooting the film between January and June, 2010 and release the film by the year end. The film will be shot first in Mumbai moving on to Delhi and then to various locations in Morocco, Europe and Russia, they will also shoot parts of the film off the coat of Gujarat.
Agent Vinod will be directed by Sriram Raghavan and stars Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor in the lead roles.
