Mumbai: Indiagames has launched its retail game packs for its online gaming service Games on Demand, which will be made available across stores in the country through UTV Home Video’s distribution network.

Each game pack will feature three games, along with a GoD player and a three months subscription to the GoD service.
Indiagames CEO Vishal Gondal said, "The growing retail segment in India is going to be a key driver for the adoption of games. With the launch of our gaming packs in retail stores, the Games on Demand service will now be made more accessible to a wider audience. The three month subscription offer with each pack is a huge value proposition that is bound to appeal to consumers from content and a price vs. value proposition."
Adds UTV Motion Pictures CEO Siddharth Roy Kapur, "There is a great marketing angle that has been installed for this category i.e. every subscriber has a chance to win prizes worth Rs. 2 crores, and all that one has to do is just play these games".
Going ahead, UTV Home Entertainment vice president Prakash Nathan said, "Along with the gaming category, UTV will be the only distributor in India that will cover national and international interactive content offering a serious gaming experience to the end consumer."
