MUMBAI: IOL Broadband Ltd has inked an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) deal Star TV on 25 October, 2006.
All subscribers of the IOL Broadband and those subscribing to the MTNL IPTV service, will be able to enjoy several premium broadcasting channels from the Star TV bouquet.
Plans are underway to offer many more channels on IPTV in the near future to IOL Broadband and MTNL subscribers.
“We are very pleased that Star TV has taken the lead in the IPTV revolution, which is set to sweep the country, by signing, up with IOL Broadband Ltd. Star TV will be the first bouquet of channels to be made available on the IOL / MTNL Broadband Networks,” said IOL Broadband director Mr Oberai.
