MUMBAI: Producer Vashu Bhagnani’s son, Jackky Bhagnani is gearing up for the release of his debut film Kal Kissne Dekha, which is being directed by Vivek Sharma.
The movie is produced by his home banner Puja Films. Jackky is paired opposite newcomer Vaishali Desai, who is the grand daughter of Manmohan Desai. The movie is slated to release on 3 April.
Jackky and Vaishali danced to a Sajid – Wajid song Aalam Gujarne Ko Hai with a group of international dancers in the background on the set of a song picturisation from the film in Pattaya Beach, near Bangkok. Music director Sajid also plays an interesting character in the film.
Jackky says, "I have done a lot of adventurous stuff in my first movie like jumping off 730 feet; I am doing reverse bungee jumping and many action sequences. It’s more of a younger film where the story revolves around a small town boy Nihaal Singh whose character is being played by me. With numerous dreams he reaches Mumbai city where he faces a lot of hardships. The story depicts the hardships of this guy whose fate keeps him as an underdog."
Although Jackky is a debutant, he is not new in the film industry. "I have assisted my father in a lot of movies. I come with some understanding on the film," he said.
Vashu Bhagnani added, "Kal Kissne Dekha is a romantic thriller, which is launching Jackky along with Vaishali Desai and the best part is that we have come up with something new for the audiences. The script of this movie is totally new and Indian cinema has never seen it before. The specialty of it is not just the actors rather there are some other renowned actors like Rishi Kapoor, Shah Rukh Khan, Juhi Chawla who will be doing a cameo in it. All of them have done a great job."
