MUMBAI: While the Indian cricket team is gearing up for the forthcoming IPL matches in South Africa, John Abraham is busy playing a cricket match with his jail inmates in Hyderabad.
Abraham is shooting for Hook Ya Crook in Hyderabad where a huge set of a jail has been constructed at Ramoji Rao Filmcity. At present they are shooting a sequence of a cricket match between the jail inmates after which they plan to shoot the escape scene for the film.
The cast and crew of Hook Ya Crook have been in Hyderabad since 1 March and they are scheduled to finish the shoot at Hyderabad by 2 April, after which they will be shooting in Mumbai.
Hook Ya Crook is directed by David Dhawan and stars, Genelia D’Souza , Kay Kay Menon, Sharad Kapoor, Pawan Malhotra, Yashpal Sharma, Murli Sharma, Ashutosh Rana and Krushna apart from Abraham. The film also has Indian skipper M.S Dhoni sharing the screen space with the actors. The film has been written by Rensil D’Silva.
