Mumbai : K Sera Sera and Sunny Deol have joined hands to start a joint venture in film production. Parag Sanghvi of K. Sera Sera has confirmed the news. “Together we have planned seven films. The first one will be a remake of Telugu super-hit Athadu. Budgeted at Rs. 150 million (Rs. 15 crore), the film will feature younger brother Bobby Deol and will be directed by Sangeeth Sivan. It will mount the sets in December.”
Sanghvi further adds, “Our combined second venture is budgeted around Rs. 400 million (Rs. 40 crore). Titled as Airport, it will feature Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol together and will be directed by Anubhav Sinha. This film will take off after the major portions of the first film have been shot.”
“Regarding the rest of the five films, we are still at the discussion stage. It will be ironed out within a week. I would be able to shed light on these later,” confides Sanghvi.
