MUMBAI: Film and television production company K Sera Sera Productions has raised $25 million through issue of global depository receipts (GDRs), which is going to be utilised for its movie productions.
The company’s last release was the successful Salman Khan – Govinda starrer Partner, which was a co-production with Eros International.
K Sera Sera Productions Ltd concluded placement of 4,761,900 Global Depositary Receipts at $ 5.25 per GDR (representing 47,619,000 underlying equity shares of Rs 10 each). The said GDRs are being listed with Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE).
Meanwhile, K Sera Sera’s new film production offshoot Funky Buddha has tied up with Bunty Walia’s GS Entertainment for film production.
