MUMBAI: Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions will soon start shooting the sequel of the Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra starrer Dostana, which released in 2008.
The movie, which will be helmed by Tarun Mansukhani, will go on floors in summer this year. While Bachchan and Abraham have been re-cast in Dostana 2, the rest of the star cast is yet to be decided.
Johar, who recently released My Name is Khan, is also gearing up to release two more films under Dharma Productions. The first film is being directed by debut director Siddharth Malhotra starring Kajol, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal and is a remake of the Hollywood film Stepmom.
The other film, which is titled I Hate Love Stories, is being directed by Punit Malhotra and stars Imran Khan and Sonam Kapoor in the lead. Shoot of both the films will be wrapped up by the end of March.
