MUMBAI: Karan Razdan (of the controversial movie Girlfriend fame) has announced his new offering, a film titled Mittal Vs Mittal.
Scheduled to be completed by October end, the film stars Raima Sen, Rohit Roy and Suchitra Krishnamurthy amongst others.
Throwing light on Mittal Vs Mittal, Razdan informs, “The film deals with the sensitive theme of marital rape, an issue that needs to be debated and dealt with. We will be primarily shooting in Mumbai with one small schedule in Bangkok.”
TV actor Rohit Roy, who plays the lead in the film, adds, “Besides hosting Nach Baliye 3 for the small screen, I’ll be acting in films too. I’m excited about Mittal Vs Mittal since the story is based on a touching subject.”
Director Satish Kaushik, who was also present on the occasion, added, “I feel Karan has chosen a great subject, which is definitely going to strike a chord with the audiences.”
