Malaysian journalists cast in Bollywood film

For a change, Malaysian journalists will feature in Farhan Akthtar’s Don currently being filmed in Kuala Lumpur. The ‘ambush’ scene has about 10 reporters (from the Indian and local television network including the local paper The Star) confront Om Puri, an Interpol officer tracking the drug lords of India with the help of the Malaysian police. Shah Rukh Khan starrer which is a remake of the 1978 block buster Don is also being shot in Paris and India. In the new film, King Khan takes over from Big B.
