Mumbai: Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty is awaiting the release of his next film Zindagi Tere Naam. The film, which stars Mithun and Ranjeeta, is slated to release on 11 July.
Ranjeeta and Mithun have been paired opposite each other in films like Wardaat, Taqdeer Ka Baadshah, Suraksha and Tarana. "It was a delight to work with her. I still remember those days… they were the golden days of my life," reminisces Mithun.
Mithun’s last film with Ranjeeta was Tarana and their latest movie together; Zindagi Tere Naam is a romantic film.
Zindagi Tere Naam is a love story, which blooms in the hilly locales of Dalhousie. Two love stories run parallel in this film and unfold to show the true emotions of love and life. The film takes a turn when the boy has to go through agni pariksha and make various sacrifices. The high point of the film is the intense love story and the music.
