MUMBAI: NDTV has elevated KVL Narayan Rao to the position of executive vice chairperson.
Ever since 1998, Rao has been spearheading the growth of NDTV; initially, for eight years, as executive director and for the last five years as CEO of the NDTV Group.
NDTV Group executive co-chairpersons Radhika and Prannoy Roy said, “Narayan and we believe that this is an opportune time for him to take on a new and even more challenging role in the organization. We are delighted that he will be joining us in the Chairperson Group.”
Rao added, "It is a huge privilege to join the Chairperson’s Group and I am delighted."
