Mumbai: Pyramid Saimira has made two senior level appointments. Prakash Iyer has joined as head, finance and business development, whereas Naveen H comes in as general manager, games arcades and retail business.
Iyer, who will be based in New York, would be in charge of various business verticals within the group, as well as all international business development initiatives. Naveen will be based in Bangalore and will oversee the complete operation of Pyramid Saimira’s Games Arcade.
Pyramid Saimira Group chairman & managing director P. S. Saminathan said, "We are right now in the process of consolidating all our business divisions, as well as the respective management teams. Prakash, who will operate from New York, the financial capital of the world will add depth and quality to our financial closures. Naveen is a proven talent in the business of bringing projects to fruition."
"Pyramid Saimira has more than 7 million square feet under operational management and we expect to touch 250 million footfalls this fiscal. Naveen will help us to effectively use the varied customer-touch points, which will help us improve our profitability, with the gaming and merchandizing businesses being significant draws," he added.
Prior to joining Pyramid Saimira, Iyer established and served as the president of VXL Services, a business consulting services company.
On the other hand, Naveen was with Sify as the business head, online games before he joined Pyramid Saimira.
