Quickgun Murugun to break the world record of largest dosa

MUMBAI: Dr. Rajendra Prasad who is playing Quickgun Murugun in his Fox Star Studios’ forthcoming film by the same name is going to break the Guinness book of world record of largest Dosa in the world.

He will be doing this at the Sankalp restaurant (currently the Guinness Book record holder of 30 feet long Dosa ) in Ahmedabad on Wednesday. Sixteen cooks will help him make the world’s largest dosa and he is planning to break the record in about 40 minutes.

Fox Star Studios head of distribution, marketing and syndication Vivek Krishnani said, "Since the film promotes the importance of vegetarian food, we thought it would be a good idea to make our protagonist played by Dr. Prasad promote vegetarianism by making this south Indian dish."

Quickgun Murugan a quirky sambhar cowboy film deals with the protagonist, Quickgun Murugun fighting for vegetarian food while the villain advocates non-vegetarian dishes. This film is a satire on the veg-non-veg food lovers. The movie is slated to release in India on 28 August.
